Terms of Use for Cardmon

1. Acceptance of Terms
Cardmon is operated by Atlas Labs (the "Company"). By downloading or using Cardmon, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Service Description
Cardmon helps users scan trading cards, identify card details, view estimated market price information, and organise their collection.
3. Service Availability
The Company may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Cardmon may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
4. Eligibility
The Service is available only to users aged 14 and older. If you are under 14, you may not use the Service.
5. Accounts and the Anonymous Identifier
The Service does not require sign-up. You are distinguished only by an anonymous identifier the app issues automatically, and there are no account credentials for you to manage. You are responsible for activity carried out through the Service on your device.
6. User Content and Card Images
The only time an image is transmitted is when you choose to attach it while submitting an error report; the default is not to attach. Where you do attach an image, you are responsible for it, and you must not attach images you have no right to use or images containing another person's personal or sensitive information. You are responsible for the collection data, error report content, and other information you enter or save in the Service.
7. Estimated Price Information
Card prices and market estimates are provided for informational purposes only. They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and may not match an actual purchase or sale price. The Company does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or future value.
8. No Financial or Investment Advice
Cardmon does not provide financial, investment, resale, or collecting advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.
9. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Cardmon Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription. The subscription you select renews automatically at the end of each billing period. Unless you cancel, the same subscription fee will be charged for the next billing period. You can cancel through the subscription management settings of the App Store or Google Play. Prices and subscription periods are shown in the app and on the store purchase screen before you buy, and may vary by region.
10. Payment, Cancellation, and Restoring Purchases
Payment — Subscription fees are processed through the store where you confirmed the purchase (App Store or Google Play) and charged to that store account. Cancellation — You can cancel through the subscription management settings of the App Store or Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Restoring purchases — If you change devices or reinstall the app, sign in with the store account used for the original purchase and use "Restore purchases" in the app. Note for Android users — Reinstalling the app does not restore your subscription automatically. You must use "Restore purchases" in the app for your access to be reinstated. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restoration are handled under the terms and policies of each store.
11. Cancellation of Contracts by Minors
Where a minor has subscribed without the consent of their legal representative, and the legal representative does not consent, either the minor or the legal representative may cancel the contract in accordance with applicable law.
12. Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds
Refunds for subscriptions are handled under the refund policies and procedures of the App Store or Google Play. Please submit refund requests to the relevant store. Separately from those store procedures, you hold the rights to withdrawal and refund guaranteed by applicable law, including the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law guarantees you. For questions about refunds, contact support@atlaslabsstudio.com.
13. Changes to Prices and Subscription Conditions
The Company may change subscription prices or conditions. A change does not apply to a subscription period already paid for; it takes effect from the following renewal. If a price increases, the Company will give notice before it takes effect, through the app, the website, or the store. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal. Store policies may require your separate consent to a price change, in which case that store's procedure applies.
14. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the Service, upload harmful content, or violate applicable laws.
15. Intellectual Property
The Company owns the app, website, and related materials, except for third-party trademarks and user-provided content.
16. Third-Party Trademarks and Disclaimer
Cardmon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cardmon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of Cardmon. This article does not apply to damages caused by the Company's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
18. Changes to the Service
The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
19. Termination
The Company may restrict or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to these Terms or the Service are subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer, you may nonetheless benefit from the protections of mandatory law in your country of residence and may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing in this article limits those rights.
