Terms of Use for Cardmon

1. Acceptance of Terms
Cardmon is operated by Atlas Labs. By downloading or using Cardmon, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. Service Description
Cardmon helps users scan trading cards, identify card details, view estimated market price information, and organize their collection.
3. Service Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. Cardmon may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security, or technical reasons.
4. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity under their account.
5. User Content and Card Images
Users are responsible for card images, extracted card information, collection data, and other content they submit or save. Users must have the right to use submitted content and must not upload unlawful material or images containing personal or sensitive information.
6. Estimated Price Information
Card prices and market estimates are provided for informational purposes only. They may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and may not match an actual purchase or sale price. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or future value.
7. No Financial or Investment Advice
Cardmon does not provide financial, investment, resale, or collecting advice. Users are responsible for their own decisions.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
Cardmon may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account through the Apple App Store when you confirm a purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Prices and subscription periods are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings; deleting Cardmon does not cancel it. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore eligible purchases associated with the same Apple ID. Billing, refunds, cancellation, renewal, and restoration are handled by Apple under its App Store terms.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, or violate applicable laws.
10. Intellectual Property
Atlas Labs owns the app, website, and related materials, except for third-party trademarks and user-provided content.
11. Third-Party Trademarks and Disclaimer
Cardmon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
12. Limitation of Liability
Cardmon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Atlas Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of Cardmon.
13. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
14. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if users violate these Terms or misuse the service.
