By using Cardmon, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Cardmon helps users scan trading cards, identify card details, view estimated market price information, and organize their collection.
3. Pre-Release Status
Cardmon is currently preparing for release on iOS and Android. Some features, descriptions, or availability may change before or after launch.
4. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity under their account.
5. User Content and Card Images
Users are responsible for images and content they submit. Users should not upload content they do not have the right to use or content containing sensitive personal information.
6. Estimated Price Information
Card price estimates are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual transaction prices. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, or future value.
7. No Financial or Investment Advice
Cardmon does not provide financial, investment, resale, or collecting advice. Users are responsible for their own decisions.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
If paid features or subscriptions are offered, payments may be processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to the applicable store terms and policies.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload harmful content, or violate applicable laws.
10. Intellectual Property
Atlas Labs owns the app, website, and related materials, except for third-party trademarks and user-provided content.
11. Third-Party Trademarks and Disclaimer
Cardmon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Game Freak, or Creatures Inc. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
14. Termination
We may restrict or terminate access if users violate these Terms or misuse the service.
